Joelle has spent most of her life exploring bodywork through multiple disciplines and initially discovered yoga as a way to nourish her body whilst working as a professional dancer. She developed a deep appreciation for this practise, which energised and supported her within this injury prone and unstable environment.
In 2011 she travelled to India to explore it's traditional roots & completed a Sivananda Teacher Training in the beautiful Madurai Ashram, Tamil Nadu with her teacher Ishwara. Continuing her studies all over the world, she has taken particular inspiration from the Scaravelli and Anusara methods as well as Raphan Kebe's Space and Flow Technique. She is now immersed in a 2 year Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with her teachers Jean Hall and Anna Ashby at Triyoga UK.
Joelle teaches a nourishing and soulful Flow (Vinyasa), integrating conscious alignment and strong anatomical knowledge with fluid energising sequencing. Creatively drawing out practioners' potential to strengthen and yield within mind and body.
