In the absence of immediate family members for both my partner and I, Joelle helped us feel like we weren’t on our own. She did regular checks-ins with us and made sure we knew she was there for any questions or concerns. In her post-birth visits, she always checked in prior to see what we needed and what we would like to cover as well as making some suggestions which were much appreciated. She has a very encouraging nature that naturally made us feel more confident as new parents. Jess & Teddy
